Last September, as I didn't work, I took the opportunity to attend to one of the workshops who organizes Duduá in Barcelona. The classes consisted in making a "trapillo" yarn puff with XL crochet. This was the result.
Por otra parte, aprovecho para enseñar mi nuevo juguete. Por fin, después de mucho tiempo de espera ha vuelto a salir la promoción en Lidl y como no, allí me presenté yo a primera hora de la mañana del jueves para conseguir mi remalladora Singer por solo 149€, ¡una ganga! Al día siguiente, ya tenía los conos de hilo y a practicar. Como no tenía ni idea de como usarla, me acordé que hace un tiempo Maddie recomendó en su blog el curso Beginner Serging Class en Craftsy para aprender a usar una overlock, así que aprovechando que todavía tenía el 50% de descuento lo he comprado. Voy por la lección nº4 y estoy encantada, está muy bien, muy completito. Creo que es la forma más rápida de aprender a usarla y sacarle partido.
Also, I show you my new sewing machine. After a long time of waiting, Lidl supermarket has offered Singer overlock machines for 149€, a bargain! So, last thursday early in the morning I was in the nearest Lidl buying my new machine! I didn't have any idea of how it works so I bought the Beginner Serging Class in Craftsy like Maddie recommends in her blog. It is still 50% off. I love the classes, they are really well done. I think it's the faster way to learn how it works and get the most of my new overlock machine.
